2. How We Use Your Information
Authentication
Ensuring the person signing the agreement is who they claim to be.
Enforceability
Creating a permanent, verifiable record for use in a court of law if a breach occurs.
The Public Registry
Verified default data may be moved to the UPFRONT Blacklist to warn other users.
3. Data Retention & Security
Encryption: All biometric and contract data is encrypted using Industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
Storage: Data is retained as long as the contract is active or as required by the Nigeria Evidence Act.
No Third-Party Sales
4. Biometric Data Consent
By using the "Activate Camera" feature, you provide explicit consent to store your image solely for preventing "ghost" contracting and visual evidence.
5. Sharing of Information
Information is only shared with the other party in your contract, our lead counsel (Barr. Raymond Arinze Ruach & Partners), and payment processors (Paystack).
6. Your Rights
Under the NDPA, you have the right to request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or request deletion after contractual obligations are fulfilled.
